for python scripting the official terra python sdk docs are pretty solid: Working with Smart Contracts — Terra SDK 2.0.3 documentation

for smart contracts, academy.terra.money seems to be the popular learning method.

discord has quite a few devs; i ask questions there when i get stuck.
