Make the claim airdrops less intrusive

Hello Community,

Should we move the Airdrops popup (8b07d008a5820faf80cd702963b9059e1ed2d949 — ImgBB) to the top menu (Screenshot-2022-01-30-at-09-47-40 — ImgBB) on the right of Governance tab?

Let me know so I can do the change.

Current airdrops popup never bothered me personally.
In the new suggested approach - is there some way to indicate that there is a new claimable airdrop?
If not - i would prefer to keep the current airdrops popup, actually.

We could use the green color to indicate that there is a new airdrop:

maybe the airdrop will be removed by gov

There will be a poll soon to drop airdrops altogether and move to the community fund.
