I realize there are confluence of factors such as what happened over the weekend & the general crypto bear market due to current state of stock market & inflationary fears. I guess this is a matter of FUD & general confidence in the TERA LUNA ecosystem. Looking at past depeg times, I think it took few days to restore to the $1 peg. I assume TFL team inject more money to stabilize & restore confidence in UST during these difficult times.

You take one previous depeg, a sample size of one, and assume the same thing will happen this time.

Fair enough. I would like to know why the arbitrage is not working right now. Is Luna too volatile or is it to do with spreads in the market?
