It would be helpful to allow redelegation from LUNA to bLUNA in the same fashion as redelegating to a different validator of LUNA. Using the same rule (one redelegation prior to 21 day lock) would allow many people to move their LUNA to bLUNA without having it sit idle for 21 days.

Well… redelegations are actually not like that unforunately.
But since bLUNA tokens are liquid and tradable, you can always instantly sell them back through places like Terraswap.
