[Proposal] Oracle Refund

As soon as the webUI is live I will post here.

The steps will be going to the Anchorweb that allows you to enter your address to claim the refund.

Any idea when the webUI will be ready? As I remember we had waited to start the poll just to make sure that the devs would prepare the code.
The ANC price is getting lower so we are losing the refund amount to be honest.

At this moment, a date for the release would help.
Nobody likes to go onto anchor to check and recheck

This makes a lot of sense!

5days since the “Oracle Refund” was passed, yet no webUI initiated.
Nevertheless, the team had ample time before voting on the proposal started.
Is this the norm with every proposal that passed?
This is more frustrating than when I was not expecting a refund.

I know you are overwhelmed with other work, but lets make this happen so everybody can move on :raised_hands:

There is a total of 16 proposals on Anchor Protocol.
Each of these proposal, from my checks, has one of the following status- “passed” “rejected” “in progress” “executed”. Except proposal 13, [Oracle Refund] there’s no status currently on it at the time of this post.
Is there a reason? Honestly, I’m not even offended. I just want an answer. Cos I don’t know which status the proposal is anymore. It’s been passed, it’s not rejected, ain’t in progress and it’s definitely not executed.

The UI for refund seems to be completed soon. There is a 3 month vesting period anyway, is it important to get it early?

it is 2 months, and considering current market condition it is important to get the refund asap

Agree. Every day matters.

thanks for your efforts. It’s been a few days since this passed - when is it being executed?

Guys, understanding the frustration with the market being down, but let’s not allow that frustration to enter here. The community and devs are supporting the refund, and the subsequent processes to build the UI would take some time. All the while, they’re involved in building out other requests etc. It will happen when it happens.

Looks like everything is live! Thanks everyone.

Can you run me through the calculation described as ‘difference between the wrong oracle price and the actual market price’ and not to the full amount of the liquidation, that would not have occurred naturally?

I was liquidated in the amount of $8.98K. On no exchange did the luna price ever hit my liquidation price that day.

At the time of this writing my refund is for the amount $1.91K (or time of poll voting ($2.28) is $2.82K.

Im trying to understand how it was it calculated?

Thanks

Simple. The price will be stepped up to the price at the time the voting started. That is, when the ANC was about 2.2$.

what? stated what the total was at the day of the poll voting - $2.28

Okay, so, now that this proposal has passed: how do I verify that my wallet has been whitelisted. When can I start withdrawing/receiving funds? 3 months is a short time, and I don’t want to lose money twice.

… ask and ye shall receive: (to wit: I received the ANC reimbursement notification). Thank you!

But then: wasm contract failure? Why? This does not fill me with the happiness and joy that I had anticipated.

Same here, getting both messages.
Perhaps they are just finalising then they’ll update us on this forum.
